Verify an Equipment

Confirm whether an equipment is genuine, active, or expired using its Equipment ID or the QR code printed on the document.

Certificate ID

Enter the ID exactly as printed on the certificate.

  • Locate the Certificate ID on the document
  • Enter it exactly as shown and select Verify.
  • Confirm the holder, property, status and expiry match the certificate
Scan or upload the QR code

Every AFCAS-issued certificate also carries a QR code. Scan it with your phone camera, or upload an image of the QR code (JPG, PNG, or GIF) to verify automatically. The system extracts the certificate ID for you.

Equipment ID

Verify by QR code

Every AFCAS-issued certificate carries a QR code. Scan it with a phone camera to open the live verification result for that equipment no typing required.

Always confirm that the certificate holder, property details, validity status, and expiry date match the document presented to you.
